Aileen Walsh, MA, LMHC
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, substance use concerns, and relationship challenges. My background includes extensive work with crisis intervention, recovery, and supporting first responders, veterans, and members of the Irish community.
I have a special interest in working with first responders, adoptees, and individuals exploring questions of identity, belonging, and personal growth. As an Irish immigrant, I also understand the complexities of cultural identity and the challenges of adapting to life between cultures.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients build effective coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I believe therapy works best as a genuine partnership where clients feel supported, respected, and empowered throughout the process.
Victoria O’Doherty-Popp, MA, LCSW
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel comfortable, understood, and empowered to be themselves. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to explore challenges, build on strengths, and develop practical tools for growth and healing.
I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and goals, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and life transitions. I also have experience supporting individuals impacted by domestic abuse, intimate partner violence, and other forms of trauma.
Clients often appreciate my down-to-earth style and genuine approach. Together, we'll work toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and confidence in managing life's challenges.
Caroline Wallace, MA, LMHCA
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. I bring a strong foundation in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help clients process difficult experiences, reduce distress, and move toward meaningful change. I am particularly interested in helping clients better understand how past experiences affect their present thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and person-centered. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard, and where you can explore your experiences at your own pace without judgment. I believe that each individual’s story is unique, and I work to tailor therapy to meet your specific needs, strengths, and goals.
I view the therapeutic relationship as a central part of the healing process. By fostering trust and authenticity, I support clients in building insight, strengthening resilience, and developing tools that promote emotional well-being both in and outside of sessions. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, grounded, and connected as you move forward.
Jacob DiIorio, MA, LMHCA
I approach therapy from an existential perspective, grounded in the belief that people have the capacity to create meaningful change, even during difficult periods of life. To me, therapy is both a place to explore pain, uncertainty, and struggle, and an opportunity to move toward a more intentional and fulfilling future. My style is genuine, collaborative, and compassionate, helping clients navigate anxiety, clarify what matters most to them, and develop a deeper sense of purpose, responsibility, and authenticity.
As a pre-licensed, trauma-informed clinician, I hold certifications in Psychological First Aid, Disaster Mental Health, and Psychological Recovery. My previous experience as an EMT has given me firsthand insight into the demands of high-stress environments and informs my work with first responders. I also have experience working with LGBTQ+ youth and adolescents, as well as individuals navigating autism, depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal thoughts.
Beginning therapy can be a difficult step, particularly when you've been managing challenges on your own. I strive to create a space where clients feel accepted, understood, and encouraged to grow. Whether you are facing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, therapy can provide an opportunity to understand yourself better and move toward the life you want to build. You don't have to face those challenges by yourself.

I believe therapy is a partnership and value creating safety and trust to allow for authenticity.
