Our Vision


“Satya” is a Sanskrit word meaning truth, reflecting alignment between thoughts, speech, and actions. At Satya Wellness Services, we believe that living in truth involves caring for the whole person- mind, body, and spirit- so individuals can move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and inner balance.

We view therapy as a collaborative and meaningful process for healing and growth. Inspired by the belief that we can do hard things, and often already are, we help clients recognize and strengthen their existing resilience while supporting them in creating lasting, meaningful change.

Our practice is grounded in providing a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, clarify what matters most, and build lives that feel more balanced, connected, and fulfilling. We tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, narrative and existential therapies, solution-focused work, interpersonal approaches, sports psychology, and strengths-based practices.

Satya Wellness Services, LLC is unique in that our providers work closely together to offer a team-based approach when it is beneficial. This collaboration allows us to draw on shared strengths and diverse areas of expertise, resulting in care that is more tailored and comprehensive. While our clinicians bring extensive education, training, and clinical experience to their work, we also value the role of personal insight, lived experience, and ongoing growth in deepening our understanding of the human experience and supporting clients in their own journeys toward fulfillment.
